Feature Requests and Enhancements

We're always working to improve our software and add new capabilities based on customer feedback. If you have an idea for a new feature or enhancement, we'd love to hear it!

Submit a Feature Request

To suggest a new feature or request improvements to existing functionality:

  1. Go to our Feature Request portal
  2. Describe the feature you'd like to see added or the suggested enhancement
  3. Provide details on how it would benefit you or improve your workflow
  4. Submit your request

Our product managers review every submitted feature request. We'll follow up if we need any additional information from you.

Upvote Existing Requests

In our public Product Ideas Forum, you can view and upvote existing feature requests from other customers:

  • Highly upvoted ideas tend to get prioritized higher
  • You can add comments to further expand on a requested feature
  • Our team provides status updates and responds to feedback

This collaborative process helps our team better understand the top needs of our customers when planning new functionality.

Keep Track of Progress

You can see new features and improvements in our regularly updated Product Roadmap. We outline:

  • New capabilities recently released
  • Features currently in development
  • Areas we're prioritizing for the near future
