Billing and Payment Inquiries

Have a question about managing payments, viewing invoices, or updating your billing information? This guide covers common billing and payment topics.

View Invoices and Payment History

You can access all previous invoices and see your full payment history by:

  1. Logging into your account at examplesoft.com/billing
  2. Navigating to the "Invoices" section
  3. Each invoice includes:
    • Invoice number and date
    • Products/services billed
    • Payment method used
    • PDF download option

Update Payment Method

To change or update your payment method on file:

  1. Log into your billing portal
  2. Go to the "Payment Methods" section
  3. Click "Add New Payment Method"
  4. Enter your new credit card or payment details
  5. Select the option to make this the new primary payment method

Billing Questions and Issues

If you have any other billing inquiries such as:

  • Payment failed or was charged incorrectly
  • Adding/removing licenses or seats
  • Upgrading or downgrading your plan
  • Tax or invoice questions
