Account and Access Problems
Having trouble accessing your account or running into permission issues with the software? We're here to help resolve any account-related problems.
Password Reset
If you have forgotten or lost your account password, you can easily reset it:
- Go to the login page on our website or app
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Follow the instructions to reset and change your password
Account Lockouts
For security reasons, accounts may get temporarily locked after too many failed login attempts. If your account is locked:
- Wait 30 minutes and try logging in again
- If still locked out, contact support to get your account unlocked
Permission Issues
If you're seeing error messages about missing permissions or insufficient access within the software, please double check:
- You are logged in with the correct account
- Your account has the required subscription/permission level
- You have been granted access by your administrator
If the permissions still seem incorrect after verifying, contact our support team and provide details on the error you're receiving.
Account Transfers
To transfer or migrate your account data to a different account, please submit a Data Transfer Request. Our support staff will help securely move your data.
