Payment and Billing

Having an issue with a payment or charge on your account? We've got you covered. This guide explains how to view billing details, update payment methods, and resolve any payment issues.

View Your Billing Details

To see past invoices, payment history, and upcoming charges:

  1. Log into your account at exampleretailer.com/account
  2. Click on "Billing Details" in the left sidebar
  3. Here you can view and download PDFs of past invoices

Update Payment Method

To update the credit card or payment method on file:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to "Payment Methods" under "Billing Details"
  3. Click "Add New Payment Method" to enter a new card
  4. Select the radio button to "Make Primary" on your new payment method

Payment Issues

If your payment was declined or you were charged incorrectly, our support team can look into it:
